Sarah Rashoff, ARNP
Sarah is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in family medicine and medical aesthetics, with a background that uniquely blends medical expertise with aesthetic proficiency. With over 16 years as an esthetician, Sarah combines her deep understanding of skin health and medicine to help her patients feel their best from the inside out.
After completing her esthetician training in 2008, Sarah launched her own business, offering a range of aesthetic services including waxing, facials, lashes, and makeup. She advanced her career by earning her nursing degree from Yakima Valley Community College in 2015, followed by eight years in acute care, plastic surgery, and hospital administration, where she developed a comprehensive skill set in patient care and leadership.
In 2020, Sarah trained with the Pacific Northwest Aesthetics Academy (PNAA) in neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, launching her journey into medical aesthetics. She furthered her qualifications in 2023 by earning a Master’s in Nursing, and now practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on integrative medicine and aesthetics.
Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys coaching her children’s sports teams, boating, and spending quality time with family and friends. Known for her personable and dependable nature, Sarah is dedicated to helping her patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

With over 20 years of nursing experience in emergency medicine, critical care, and flight nursing, Sarah has dedicated her career to caring for others. Today, she brings that same level of skill, precision, and clinical expertise to aesthetic medicine, helping patients rediscover their confidence and see the beauty in themselves again.
Sarah believes aesthetic treatments should complement your natural features. She takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, educate them on their options, and create personalized treatment plans that deliver natural-looking results while prioritizing safety every step of the way.

Ashley Boeder, RN
Ashley is a Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Injector with a passion for helping clients look and feel their very best through thoughtful, personalized aesthetic care. Her love for aesthetics, beauty, and skincare began long before her nursing career and ultimately inspired her path into aesthetic nursing.
Ashley is committed to enhancing each client’s natural features with treatments tailored to their individual goals, always focusing on balanced, refined, and natural-looking results. She believes aesthetic treatments should leave clients feeling refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves.
Prior to becoming a Registered Nurse, Ashley worked as a Nurse Technician and Patient Care Coordinator within the aesthetic industry, where she developed a strong foundation and deep appreciation for the art and science of aesthetic medicine. After earning her nursing license, she gained valuable clinical experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), further strengthening her precision, critical thinking, and compassionate approach to patient care.
By combining her nursing background with her long standing passion for aesthetics, Ashley brings both skill and heart to every treatment. She strives to create a safe, supportive experience where every client feels heard, comfortable, and confident in their own skin.
Ashley offers a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, SkinPen® microneedling, neuromodulator treatments (Botox®), dermal fillers, and IV therapy.
Ashley provides injectable aesthetic services under the medical directorship and clinical supervision of SR Aesthetics, led by Sarah Rashoff. This collaborative model ensures clients receive safe, evidence-based care while benefiting from a team approach to aesthetic medicine.
